Frequently asked questions

How do I add an item?
Tap the + button on the Items tab. You can scan a document with your camera, pick from your photo library, or fill in the details manually.
How does the email capture work?
Go to Settings and tap Connect Email. You get a personal Kelva address. Forward any receipt, warranty or subscription email to that address and Kelva extracts the details automatically.
How do I share items with my household?
Go to the Family tab and create a household. Share the 6-digit invite code with the people you want to add. Household sharing requires a Premium subscription.
How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find Kelva and tap Cancel Subscription.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is stored on secure servers in Europe. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings inside the app, scroll down and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data.
