Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using Kelva, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply in addition to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Kelva is a personal item management app that helps you track warranties, subscriptions, documents, maintenance schedules, insurance policies and medical records. The app offers AI-powered document scanning, email forwarding, push notification reminders and household sharing.

You must create an account to use Kelva. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Kelva. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Kelva offers a free plan with limited features and a premium subscription with additional capabilities:

• Free plan: up to 15 items, basic categories, standard reminders
• Premium plan: unlimited items, all categories, OCR scanning, household sharing, document vault, export

Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple In-App Purchases. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings at any time. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Use Kelva for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious files or content
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

When you create or join a household, items you choose to share become visible to all household members. You are responsible for the items you share. The household owner can remove members at any time.

Kelva uses AI services to extract information from documents and emails you submit. While we strive for accuracy, AI-extracted data may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted information. Kelva is not a legal or financial advisory service.

Kelva, its logo, design, code and content are owned by Future Productions. You retain ownership of the data and documents you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Kelva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that AI scanning results will be accurate. Kelva is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Productions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of Kelva, including but not limited to missed warranty deadlines, lost data or financial losses.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Kelva after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.
